Hello! My name is Rebecca Watson. I am a real estate consultant with Comfort Real Estate Services based out of Ventura, CA. I am fortunate enough to have been born and raised in the beautiful city of Ventura and have seen it grow into the highly desirable beach community that it is today. Ventura's prime location just 30 minutes south of Santa Barbara and 50 minutes north of Los Angeles make it an ideal, affordable destination for many looking for their piece of paradise.
I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 4 years as an assistant, office manager and finally as a licensed consultant. I started my career with Pacific Rim Realtors, a boutique real estate office specializing in beach properties. I learned a great deal from my broker and management team there. I made the decision at the beginning of 2009 to join Comfort Real Estate Services and couldn't be happier with my decision and the transition. Integrity and honesty are extremely important qualities to me and are also core values for the Comfort Real Estate office. Comfort Real Estate also focuses heavily on continuing education, effective marketing and exceeding expectations for both our buyer and seller clientele.
As a real estate agent I take sincere pride in my work, especially when it comes to helping someone achieve their dreams of owning a home. I specialize in helping first time buyers enter the market whether it be a small condo for the newlywed couple or a ranch style home for the young family. My work has been enhanced by recent declines in the market, low interest rates and government sponsored loan programs that cater to first timers. Our recent decline in prices has translated to affordability when it comes to first time buyers or buyers in general.
