About Me

Welcome to my website!  My name is B.J. Ward.  I am a real estate broker specializing in Ventura County.  I would love the opportunity to serve you in regards to all of your real estate concerns, but first I want to take this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself.  

I was born and raised in the beautiful coastal California region of Ventura County.  I studied and played four years of collegiate basketball at the University of California, Santa Barbara.  I graduated with degrees in both sociology and cultural studies.  I worked as a real estate intern at RE/MAX Montecito before relocating back to Ventura County.  I am currently a Real Estate broker assisting those with all of their real estate concerns in the areas of Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Ojai.       

It was extremely important to me to put myself in a position, professionally, to do something I truly love.   I enjoy introducing out-of-towners to the many beauties of Ventura County and what we have to offer.  We boast great schools, a wonderful beach climate, a growing economy, and a diverse community.

How would I characterize myself and my business practices as a real estate consultant?  My work ethic is key to my success as a real estate agent and the happiness of my clients.  High quality service, efficiency, and knowledge about the industry are all aspects of being a real estate consultant that I hang my hat on.  Advertising is also very important to the way I do business.  I advertise in every media possible.  I am also an extremely easy person to work with.  My attitude and approach to working with people will put you at ease.  At the same time I am very business minded and knowledgeable about the real estate field.  I would love to guide you through a stress-free, money-saving transaction.  Let me know how I can help you...
